These terms govern use of Hansom, a property management platform for landlords and property managers. By using Hansom, your organization agrees to these terms.
Accounts and access
Access to Hansom is granted by invitation from your property management company or by our team when your organization is set up. The owner of an organization is responsible for who they invite and what access those people are given.
Your data
Your organization owns the property, tenant, and financial records it enters into Hansom. We store and process that information to provide the platform to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Hansom is provided for legitimate property management. You agree not to use it to store or process information you don't have the right to, or to interfere with the platform's normal operation.
Changes
We may update these terms as Hansom develops. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
